since the second episode began, the rules have not always been followed. stephanie and larry learned the hard way what to avoid. unfortunately, the entire group did not learn as well. while the specific infraction is still unknown, the ones that committed the crime know exactly what happened.

Since it is always stated that information should not be discussed outside of the challenge boards, there will be some type of punishment. As stated on the top of every challenge board page 'all material and words concerning your group's specific challenge must be confined within this message board and may NOT be posted on the main chat board nor in the themed hotel rooms until the full challenge has been expired or when granted permission by the host.' "Well guys, I might be blowing my stack but if this "infraction" is related to me, then the producers and I are going to come to verbal blows. This is quite possibly bullshit. Since it appears that this occured in our hotel room and Gina and I are the only ones that posted in there and I am the only one that mentioned anything about the word challenge, I am assuming that they are talking about me." -dave

"To the Cyberproducers. I want some clarification on this supposed infraction. I assume it was in our hotel room since we are Challenge 6. And since the only posts in there were Gina and I and I am the only one that mentioned Challenge, I assume that you are saying that I caused this. My concern is this. In the only statement that refers to a challenge not being won because Tine and Steph did not go thru, that was the challenge from Episode 3 which was over on 4/11. Since this post was made a full 18 hours after the Episode and challenge ended, how can that be an infraction? I don't believe it was ever stated that we couldn't discuss previous challenges. If I am mistaken about the circumstances of the infraction, I apologize. I would like some clarification please" -dave(message to producer)
