mole room

“Sorry about nearly blowing your XX. I was the one talking about the challenge. I thought that as long as we didn't ask for help, discussing challenges in hotel rooms was kosher. Thank goodness the host didn't catch it. I would have felt very bad Alright, well, the numbers are dwindling. One of us needs to be in a challenge group with Dave this episode. I volunteered to be in the rat group with him, but if you want to, I think I could handle the part about knowing the contestants. I'm just not coming up with another mole suspect at this point. Dave sent me a message through the center. We planned to help each other out early on, if you remember. We stopped exchanging messages, and he wanted to see if we were still going to work together. He said his two mole suspects were you and Jason; so naturally, I said I'm zeroing in on you. I told him you hit a square in the jailbreak challenge that you shouldn't have. If he's not the mole, maybe he'll bite on that piece of bait. I did find it odd that he messaged me out of nowhere like that. He might think I'm on his trail and be trying to throw me off. I'm going to play along with it and keep saying that you're my #1 suspect. Dang it, you'd _better_ not be the cybermole! Something else of interest... last episode there were $3 sacrificed in questions to the host. I asked 2 of them, and Dave asked the other. Not sure why the cybermole would ask a question, other than to blow the buck. I have a strong feeling that Annette knows Dave is the mole. If you'll notice, he's really the only one that she's interact with deeply. She'll talk with me some, but it's like she has a shield up... doesn't appear to be that way with Dave. I think she's onto him, and is trying to get in his pocket and stay with him. Of course, I could be way off there, but it's a gut reaction.” -john

“Dave is my number one suspect without a doubt now. With Stephanie getting the boot it allows me to zero in on Dave. Gina is now coming in second. The Wild Cards still scare me even though Daniel is gone. Annette may be onto Dave. I think that you could be right. She is always talking to him and they have a little friendship going. I tried to ask her something about Dave in the last challenge. Nothing major... I think it was where he was from. And not only did she not give me the answer she changed the subject and started talking about something else.” –larry

“I don't know how you feel about Jason's moleability, but I think we can get rid of him soon. The way I got the last challenge DQ'ed was by talking with him about the challenge... so he's got to be suspecting me at this point. If you can play that up with him, and point out some other suspicious things I've done (like spending a lot of money to ask the host questions), we might be able to eliminate him next. You mentioned that you suspect Gina... why?” -john

“I'll start getting to work on Jason ASAP. I'm start planting the seeds of your cybermole-like behavior with him. Gina has been pretty crafty and aloof lately. I think that she maybe playing Mole games, but she is worth keeping an eye on. Annette has become a threat. The fact that she may be onto Dave means that we need to keep her away from Dave. I need you to help me to get Annette in the "Know the players" part of the challenge. If she is in that part of the challenge she will be alone and can't take notes on the other players. You can put me in Europe with Tine where I can take up her slack if she doesn't show up and you can keep am eye on Dave in Rats in a Cage. Help me set up the groups like this....Annette (ALONE)- Knowing the players Me and Tine (I can make sure that the challenge at least has a shot if she doesn't show up) – Europe You, DAVE, Gina and Jason (you can keep an eye on Dave and the Wild Cards)- Rats in a cage. We just have to find a way to make the rest of the team agree that this is the best way to do it. We have to make Annette think that she knows everyone the best so that we can get her away from Dave and alone.” –larry

“Good thinking, dude. How can you be a liberal with a brain like that? I'll suggest that this morning and see what happens. I'll be interested in seeing Annette's reaction to it. One more thing... I noticed Dave said something about "Rats in a maze" instead of "rats in a cage" in one of his posts. If the challenge ends up being something to do with running through a maze, then we may very well have our mole.” -john

“I think that your catch of Dave's slip up in the "Gates" challenge has put us in a good position. Now the game for us has turned into keeping tabs on Dave and making Jason and Gina suspect us. Annette is going to be harder. She is a bit more crafty I think.” –larry
